Tony Stewart is a corporate-sharpened MBA who has worked for 5 Fortune 500 companies. In his tenure, he has managed $200M+ of hardware and software development, designed and implemented corporate-level network infrastructure, and led process improvement for teams of over 200 members. Always an entrepreneur at heart, he has also run two small businesses: a DJ business that serviced the DC Metro area for 3 years and 100 bookings. Tony currently runs an AirBnB business projected to net $60K in 2024. The property currently has a 4.95 rating on AirBnb and a 5.0 on VRBO. His drive for excellence, knowledge of finance/technology, and determination to always innovate/improve make him a great addition to the ProMD team.

Tara Stewart is a Nationally Board Certified Physician Assistant since 2012 and Biote Certified in hormone optimization therapy. Prior to Physician Assistant school, Tara held several jobs while attending university full-time. During her Physician Assistant training, she continued her desire to learn more about dermatology and skincare concerns and chose to complete a six-week elective clerkship in medical dermatology. Upon graduation, she started her career in women’s health, which was her introduction to hormone optimization therapy. She found it very rewarding to help patients feel their best. After moving across the country to Texas, Tara has had diverse experience in healthcare, including rural healthcare, asthma/allergy/immunology, occupational medicine, and urgent care. During this time, she has treated a multitude of dermatological, gynecologic, and other medical conditions. Desiring to further expand her knowledge into cosmetic dermatology, Tara earned a certification in medical aesthetics: neurotoxins and dermal filler injections in 2022. Later, Tara continued to deepen her knowledge and clinical skills in aesthetics by attending Galderma and Allergan training and ultimately training under Dr. George Gavrila. First priority for Tara is always patient-centered care delivered with the safest technique. In her free time, she enjoys experiencing other cultures, spending time with family, and is always in pursuit of the perfect cup of coffee.

Jazmin Nikolay is an Operations Administrator and a Licensed Aesthetician who oversees aesthetic-driven processes to maximize long-term profitability. Before starting her career in the aesthetics field, Jazmin was a medic working in the ambulance, as well as working the night shift in the emergency room. She spent 7 years in corporate urgent care as a manager, director of occupational health, and then, director of operations. After a successful career helping urgent cares streamline their processes, Jazmin now focuses on aesthetic medicine and skincare. Jazmin enjoys traveling, eating at new restaurants and staying active to keep up with her husband and son.
